Wonderful location so near the Luton Parkway Station.
Nice and modern entrance and welcoming staff
A good selection of food in the bar.
Breakfast options were good too!
The bed! But it's my own opinion.
I found the mattress a little hard for my liking and had to keep moving about during the night to get a comfortable position.

Close to the airport, which is good if you have an early flight.
The windows don't open so you can't get any fresh air in the room. They are also not soundproof.
You can hear the planes fly by, which can and will distupt your sleep if you don't have earplugs.
