Great location, lovely apartment, close to a couple of places for breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Free tea and coffee through the day.
Apartment felt dark as painted in dark colours with low level lighting so constantly felt like it was night time, ideal for sleeping but not ideal for working. On a main junction so if you are a light sleeper then you may struggle with ambulances and motorbikes during the night.

Staff great, most facilities very good, breakfast nice, break out area good.
I booked it to self cater but the microwave/oven/grill could not be used in full. As the staff did not want anyone setting fire alarms off the oven and grill were off limits. Not really acceptable in a kitchen. Everything else was to a good/very standard which is a real shame.

Nicely decorated room, comfortabel beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Good location for accessing Cologne's city center and the Dom. Friendly and helpful receptionists.
The shower cubicle wasn't very clean, especially the tiles and grouts needed a proper clean.

Excellent location. The hotel looks good, the apartment was small, but well thought of.
The room hasn't been cleaned properly, even though there was clearly someone who attempted it. There were two towels that were left behind doors, from previous visitors. Mold in the bath tiles - which I could clean off with my hands, but wasn't done by the cleaning staff.
When you cook, you have to open a window or there will be a fine off $500... What?
The reception staff clearly didn't want to put a lot of effort, we had to provide our details for an invoice twice - the first time we were told that the invoice will be waiting for us at the checkout. At checkout there was no invoice present, nor the details were kept.
