Amazing staff, surprising me with a birthday cake… so sweet of them! Always at hand to assist where required. Immaculately clean!
Not a fault of anyone but the builders…. Watch the timber back stair case, VERY SLIPPERY. And again one ones fault, the extremely slippery floor, please be careful! It’s just a Bali thing !

The staff were wonderful. The breakfasts they prepared were great, however If we did it again as a family I would look for breakfast included in the package.We had paid a significant amount for the villa and reimbursing for the groceries added up.
The spa not working. On arrival I asked the host if it was and he said yes. We couldn't find where to turn it on, asked the pool maintenance man who apologised and said it was out of action. The main living area was extremely hot and had no curtains or air conditioning. The table inside was not big enough for 10 persons and there were not enough chairs for us all. There was no dishwasher, so anything used after the staff had left waited until morning as we couldn't keep the water in the sink. Two of the upstairs bedrooms had ineffective air con.

The service given by Trisna and Ayu and Iluh was amazing. Tell them anything you need and they will do it for you.
Just the jacuzzi as it was not working while we were there.
