The location is good and unit is big for 2 person . Breakfast served to your unit every morning. Everything is good but it need upgrading.

The villa location is good and restaurants and convenient store are around the corner, walk a bit future 3 -4 min is CoCo Supermart.
Villa is comfortable but the water is a bit saltish as the Villa is near the beach.
As for staff, all are very friendly except for housekeeping require improvement. Not detail enough as basic replenishment of amenities and clearing of rubbish is a must but unfortunately missed out several times. Dare not to use the glasses as not confident with housekeeping staff.
Breakfast spread is good and sufficient and thanks to the staff who deliver to your villa.
Other than that is a pleasant stay for me.

Everything's good, the location is good, and the staff are very nice. I didn'y mention it during my stay because I was heading out for tours but the tap water tastes really funny and I had to use bottled water to brush my teeth at the end.

We have stayed at Club villas a long time ago and it was relatively good.Decided to rebook as its location is fantastic. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.Upon walking in we had one wicka sofa to lie on .Inside the villa the ceiling is wet and damaged throughout due to water damage.There is mould on the shower floor walls and toilet floor. The toilet seat was dirty.We had to ask for that to be cleaned.Whilst going to the toilet water would drip from the ceiling which we had mentioned numerous time to the staff. There is no turn down service and had to specifically ask for mosquito spray to be sprayed across the villa due to the significant gaps in the doors. We asked for the manager to come and speak with us numerous times and they did not make any effort to meet with us around the concerns we had .Considering the money we payed to stay at the villas in the new year period I certainly would not recommend this villa to anyone unless you are looking for two star accommodation.
