Very clean, quiet, well equipped and a good location.
I recommend the hot water temperature should be decreased, as it is very hot.

Comfortable with plenty of space. Laundry facilities were great.
We had a large group of teens staying. They were fine except the continual running from room to room in front of our door and window in the afternoon and early evening.

Cleanliness, comfort, and facilities were excellent. It made for a pleasurable stay with restaurant and shopping accessible (due to location) so easy.
Observation:
Disagreeable, impatient people when waiting to use the washer and Drier. Great facility offered. Hours of use are reasonable. However, it is not always practical if you are a late check-in(overnight) and have to wait for 2 other people before you.
Perhaps add another washer/drier?
