Location is fabulous and the staff were all very helpful and welcoming.
Dust above beds, clear need of redecoration in our rooms, ear plugs are a must as the fire doors (doors to the rooms) slamming in the night and morning are very loud.

The hotel was great the staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spacious, clean and the beds vert comfortable.
Parking, it's limited and its luck of the draw depending on when you arrive. I ended up with a ticket from Gateshead Council which was annoying. You come to enjoy a place, spend money and get penalised.

Good price
Staff absolutely miserable. Looks like they are there as a punishment. No smiles, no nice with people. Sometimes we gave good morning and didn’t hear back. Only one lady came to our table at night while we were having dinner and with a smile asked if it was all good…. I was used with Leonardo near utility arena and by mistake booked this one. Never more!!!!
