The host was a great personality! Appreciated that he could speak English! Loved being able to watch the sunset on his outdoor lounge chairs. Quiet and a real worker farm environment - lots of history!

an amazing environment, we enjoyed a breathtaking sunset. The host is very warm and humorous, and the room was clean and tidy. It’s the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany.

The apartment was nice and is in a n ice location overlooking Montechiello. It was well appointed, lots of food was put in the fridge for the guest arrival. If you are looking for escapism, you can't go wrong.
The wife. I had to work a couple of hours each day to make this trip work and from the get-go there were issues. There was a "strorm" a couple of days ago, that also "knocked out the line to the credit card machine" so I had to to go out of my way and drive to the neigbhouring hilltop village and get cash to pay. The owner seemed oblivious to the fact that this was seriously inconveniencing my wife and I on our holiday. He kept telling me not to worry about wifi and enjoy our stay. He didn't seem to realize that I needed to be connected at all. We definitely enjoyed our stay but I could have done without the stress of work not being ready because of the internet.
