Linda and Rob are fantastic hosts. Nothing too much trouble and very friendly. Breakfast was lovely with quality ingredients. Perfect location

The room was lovely and comfortable Rob and Linda were very friendly and made you feel welcome. The breakfast was lovely and filled us up till lunch time. Parking was good and even though they were getting the outside of the building decorated there was plenty of free parking on the roads .
