Auf jeden Fall die Rezeption! Nach unserer Ankunft haben wir die Willkommensfreude der vorhergehenden E-Mails vermisst: Nicht ein mal eine simple Frage, wie die Reise verlaufen ist, tauchte auf. Alles sehr geschäftlich und anonym. Ähnliches wiederholte sich bei der kaputten Heizung in unserem Badezimmer: Das sie nicht repariert werden konnte, das haben wir gemerkt. Aber wir haben es vergeblich auf eine kurze Information darüber seitens des Hotels gewartet – wie auch auf einen Heizlüfter, als Ersatz dafür ...
