This is historic hotel located in the city center or Ribe. The building is very old, the rooms are charming and ambient, breakfast is very good. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Only keep in mind there is no parking available as it is pedestrian area, so you have to park outside

By accident, my wife and I booked a room for the wrong day. There was no option to cancel via Agoda. I asked the hotel for a partial refund, given that there is high season and easy to new guests. No positive response, in fact quite rude. Not the kind of customer service I expect.
