The location near to the bridge and the good customer service in the reception and restaurant.
It has a strong focus in families vacation, but it's not advertised as such. Even having an only adults schedule for the spa, we found many families with kids there during that time.

Amazing breakfast buffet selection, comfortable accommodation and indoor pools for swimming.
Kids club as well but wasn't open yet as we went just before European school holidays.

Spacious well equipped apartment with very comfortable beds.
Location was excellent and the facilities were superb, especially the swimming pool in the spa.
We stopped for just one night but would have happily extended if there had been a vacancy available.
