Stunning location of course. Some staff very friendly and helpful.
Room clearly hadn't been cleaned only the bed changed and new towels. Didn't see the mess in the bathroom and a half eaten cake left in a box. Room could do with simple things to improve like working WiFi and bedside lamps.

Communication severely lacking leading up to our stay. Basically radio silence after multiple attempts through various kinds of communication (booking.com, WhatsApp, calling). We weren’t event sure we should go because we had no idea if we actually had a “boat transfer reservation” which we knew was needed. We decided to go to the ferry terminal anyways and they did show up and we were able to get on and pay at the hotel for the transfer but it was so much unnecessary stress for something they could easily avoid.
