The room was clean and well-kept. Breakfast consisted of sliced bread, cereal/granola and a mix of condiments as well as fresh fruit. The milk was replenished as needed. It was nice to have a toaster as I like toast on mornings. The room was tidied every day and the dirt dishes taken away and replaced with clean ones, the rubbish was cleared as well. It was also good to have some free parking and it was a short walk to the pier as well. The owner/hostess was lovely and made us feel very welcomed in their guest house.
The bathroom was rather narrow (we stayed on the ground floor) and the sink was really small with a shelf over it, so brushing teeth was a comical event. On the first and second days, the room was very cold. It warmed up on the last day. I would suggest having another duvet available in the room for the colder days/nights.

The location was very close to the sea front and shops.
The room was very clean.
The breakfast left in the room was adequate, fruit , cereal, yogurt , juice and a loaf of bread to make toast.
Smart TV
There was a slight smell of damp in the room when we first arrived however, once we opened the window it wasn’t as bad.
The bottom sheet didn’t fit the mattress , it was too small and as a result would move and we would wake up to find we were sleeping on the mattress.
The room itself could do with a facelift, it didn’t feel that inviting, however, the on suite was fine.
Having a dining table in the room to eat the breakfast, takes up room, to be honest, I would rather there be a dining room.
You could hear other guests talking, 6.30 in the morning.
