I preempted our visit with a phone call using the published phone number only to be connected with a 'Virtual Assistant' the preamble advised that calls maybe recorded.
I asked "do you have a carpark? "the answer was YES. "Do you have a restaurant?" The answer was YES. So imagine our disappointment in discovering the Hotel has neither. The room was not cleaned nor the bed made. Towels were not replaced. We stayed 2 days and on the second day we were locked out automatically by the electronic card being cancelled. *** next .time

Everything was great, the staff very helpful giving us extra pillows, room was clean. My only worry was the bathroom handle was very loose, if I had shut the door I think I would've got locked in. Apart from that no complaints whatsoever.

Staff friendly room tidy Bathroom floor could have a good clean No plug and shower base had body hair that hadn’t be properly clean away So I had to clean it my self. I did tell the really nice lady on the front desk She promptly found a plug and two boxed breakfasts free of charged Out side of the property was none to pleasant homeless people drinking and loud What a let down
