Prime location with THE picture-postcard view from Richmond Hill! Absolutely loved the aesthetics, architecture and atmosphere of the building. Breakfast was worth adding as an extra - many appetising healthy options all presented beautifully. Attentive, friendly staff who took real pride in going the extra mile - special mention to Chris who made our birthday breakfast experience special. Reception staff enthused about the famous deer park which made us want to come back and do more! Sleep was blissful in a very well-designed room with thought given to all the little extras you could want.
We stayed as a birthday treat. It's at the top-end of budget - rightly so - but perhaps a loyalty discount would be great so we could be sure come back for future special occasions.

Restaurant and staff
Very small rooms, dirty lift, balcony floor dingy and unpainted. My friend had his room upgraded for free I did not, when I asked why at reception. She said the decision had already been made, why or how, that was enough for me not to return here.
