Lovely room.
There was a bit of dust in areas, including in restaurant. (I work in holiday lets, so probably notice more)

Looking very tired in rooms and need a refresh only 1 teabag in room between the two of us the breakfast area is not very good all the cooked breakfast items were in round cast iron casserole pots with lids on and a serviette around the handle on the top of the lid to stop you burning your hand there were tongs to take the items out of the pots but the whole manoeuvre of trying to hold your plate take a lid off getting the tongs to get the item out then putting the lid back on with no indication of what was inside the pot and nowhere to put the lid of the pot once you took it off just get rid of the lids they serve no purpose the pots are heated from below as on a hot plate and have heated lamps above everyone that was around me whilst trying to get the items out we’re all frustrated this needs looking at to aid flow at the self serving area

Staff that checked us in and at bar were not friendly - we seemed to be an inconvenience.
Disappointing as we booked this hotel based on previous reviews.

Spacious rooms and comfy bed
No recycling!
The breakfast was like a breakfast from the 1980s. No porridge/ oats or fresh fruit or yoghurt.
