Rooms were lovely, very clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast good selection.
The indoor pool area was dirty, the changing rooms had dirty towels thrown around, the pool area had food and the floor unclean.
The bar whilst a lovely area and food nice, the tables were not wiped down from previous customers which is not what you want when eating.

I loved the theme of the hotel and the decor, this was very in theme with Disney and felt very magical. The hotel was nice and relaxing and never felt busy or overwhelming at any time. Loved the outside patio area and view of the pool outside and having the play area for the kids.
My son also loved his bunk beds.
The shuttle was very efficient and bar staff were lovely.
The swimming pool was a bit cold and felt this could be warmer, especially for children.
The breakfast was good, but a bigger selection of different foods would be beneficial especially if staying for a few days.

The rooms were lovely and the proximity to Disneyland was very good. Also loved the indoor playground for the kids
The restaurant - you had to pay to have the set menu and so many people would do it the first night and then realise you could order via deliveroo. The breakfast was basic. The shop could have been open all day. The pool was really cold - especially as there were lots of young children

The looks of the interior and rooms is good although not as good at the magic castle next door
The evening buffet was ok but limited selection the breakfast one the first morning was very poor and nothing like the magic castle so disappointing
