Children’s facilities are very good. Rooms are comfortable and clean, exactly as booked and advertised. Rooms were kept clean throughout our stay. Food was good - breakfast is as basic continental, paid restaurants food was of good quality’s
Public areas (restaurants and pool areas) often smelt disgusting mostly due to the toilets being very badly kept (clients using them obviously had no understanding of the word flush or what a toilet is) toilets were also not cleaned often enough. With the volumes of kids using them the area toilets and seating area needs almost constant cleaning.
Breakfast cutlery was often dirty (everyday) with dried food on them. No checking is done when they come out of the dishwasher to ensure they are clean and plates on the buffet were also wet - again as no one is drying them when they come out of the dishwasher.
Free shuttle service is shared between 5 hotels so in the morning it’s crowded with guests ignoring the rules leading to frustration and arguments. Expect long queues and overcrowded ride if you stay for closing and don’t be surprised to it end up with arguments and shouting between passengers

Loved the child friend atmosphere and how close it is to Disney. I absolutely will be returning.
One of the showers was really cold and the other one was fine. The coffee is expensive.
