The location was fantastic with shuttle buses to Disney land every 10/20mins And direct bus from airport to hotel through Magical busses at a fair price

No air conditioning in the bedroom Food was really expensive and not great

Lovely size pool and great facilities for families. Nice breakfast, plenty to choose from. Easy access to Disney with buses running frequently

Bus does get rather full, so avoid taking the bus just after fireworks or at particular busy times

The themed atmosphere was nice and the pool was clean and the children had fun, it was perfect for them. The room was also clean and tidy during our stay.

I was disappointed that I was not informed in advance that the lift to the 4th floor was out of service. As I had paid for early check-in and was pregnant, having to use the stairs multiple times a day to access the breakfast area, pool, soft play area and our room was quite inconvenient. Had I known beforehand, I might have chosen not to pay for early check-in and waited for a different room. I also found the breakfast selection very limited. There was only a small choice of cold items and pastries, with no eggs or other hot breakfast options available. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in, the variety was disappointing and did not feel like a particularly nutritious breakfast. In addition, the service at the bar could have been better. On one occasion, there was a queue of guests waiting to be served while a member of staff was chatting with a colleague. A member of the kitchen team had to ask them to return and serve customers, which was frustrating to witness as a guest waiting in line.
