Best Western Hôtel Grand Parc Marne La Vallée

Our family enjoyed the delicious breakfast, the pleasant staff and the location. Truly, the food, most especially the bread were as they promised in their website. I love that the bathroom is separate from the toilet. I love the smell of their soap and wished that I have asked the reception where to buy it.

It is not that I don't like the decor but I felt uncomfortable with the excessive use of the birds wallpaper and bird's loud shrieks during breakfast. There was also an error in the issuance of our room key upon our check-in. I was deeply embarrassed when I entered a room which was already occupied. I remember looking eye-to-eye with the occupant and quickly moved out of the room.

Friendly staff, great breakfast and rooms were clean and tidy.

Pillows weren’t the most comfortable

The room was more than enough space for the three of us. The staff was very nice during check-in and check-out. The bus stop is right around the corner. The staff was helpful with navigation around with the bus.

Location is ok for Disney

Air-conditioning stopped working in entire hotel, no offer of fan or gesture of refund, meant we had to have window open which didn’t really help as it was 30 degrees outside, also meant that loud guests outside kept us awake. Whole family had a terrible night sleep, poor end to our holiday. Coffee machine in room but only one coffee pod, didn’t replenish or wash cups during our 3 night stay, had to ask for more coffee as there were two adults in the room, they did give us more but didn’t seem very pleased about it. Feels like they’re cutting corners for extra profits.
