Nicely presented room in an excellent location. Breakfast was amazing, very tasty at a great price. We had the option of both continental breakfast and hot, cooked meals for the same price, we didn't have to choose one or the other. They seemed to replenish the buffet section, so we didn't go without anything. Staff was very nice and courteous, from reception to the cleaning ladies. Good soundproofing as well. Nice cosmetics in the bathroom, full size bottles of hand/shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, separate bottles for the bath tub and the shower cubicle. We did have an issue in our bathroom, but they were quick to address it, offering to change our room to a different one. We couldn't be bothered to switch, so we got breakfast on the house which was a very nice touch, however poorly communicated to the other personnel. There's 24h reception service, but three shifts for staff, so do what you will with that information. All was well in the end. They also booked us a taxi to take us to the airport at 4am. Overall, good service and I would recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff were very welcoming to guests. The room was excellent—clean and very comfortable. The breakfast offered great value for money, with a wide selection including fruit, juice, and milk. The location is also ideal, within walking distance of Waverley Station and close to major attractions such as Edinburgh Castle. I really enjoyed my stay. One area for improvement is the mattress, which was not comfortable.

All the Staff were really nice, very helpful and considerate . Asked several times if we needed anything. Opened doors ect when pushing the wheelchair.
We had an adapted room as husband is wheelchair user. Spacious with wet room with chair.
Room was spotless, breakfast was very good, good selection and fast service.
Very happy and definitely recommend.

Great stay only issue was the obvious visual fail for safety of the bed lamp . Exposed wires. I avoided using it and the rest of the room and stay was great.
