Our main reason for booking the Dolby was the on-site parking. Bonus: it was free. Bonus: location was only a 13 minutes’ stroll to the Albert Dock area.
Bonus: excellent breakfast was included. Impressed that a member of staff checked the buffet food temperature - never seen that before. Bonus: friendly, informative staff.
Rooms are small, but as there is so much to see and do you don’t need to spend long in the room. Rooms are similar to a cabin in a cruise ship. Largest room is the accessible room (if available).

A very friendly and helpful staff . A good buffet breakfast which also included donuts 😀 in a quiet location it's around a 10 mins walk to the docks. A good budget hotel.
The shower it's a bit small. Big guys can find uncomfortable. But you'll manage somehow. As I experienced the heat wave in Liverpool room was too hot due there's only a heating system in the room
