The hotel was newly renovated, the interior was very well decorated and warm. The rooms & especially bathrooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is located in the 11th Arrondissement, close to restaurants and bars. The closest metro station was a 3-4 minute walk. We would definitely consider staying here again.
The only downside for us was that it’s not walking distance to any of the major touristic cites, but since you can get to anywhere using the metro we didn’t have much of a problem with transportation.

The staff were so so lovely, all of them, the reception team and the cleaning team. Even wrote us a hand written note on arrival. The interior design was also beautiful in the rooms and communal areas. Loved the 11th as well great location. Great value too

Wifi was good, elevator was tiny but fast. Metro station was close by. Excellent boulangerie located across the street.
The room was dirty. Not sure if the carpets were ever vacuumed since they were dirty from the day we checked in until the day we left. The soap in the shower didn’t get refilled. We booked two adjacent rooms (suite) but the main door to the adjacent rooms was broken. We brought it to the front desks attention but it was never taken care of. The walls in the rooms are very thin and you can hear everything from the neighbours room.
