Breakfast had many choices and was enjoyable. The room where it was served was discreet even though it overlooked the main road.
A few tables were too close together making it awkward to pass through gap.

Everything was great, especially the beds and shower - all very cozy and slept well. I would definitely stay again as i LOVE the location (right near the station, spoons and The Prospect Building) and the price for 2 was very good! Beats a Premier Inn, which is a lot to say imo
Breakfast was very disappointing. I went down a bit late (9:30) but there was barely any continental available (i could only see croissants and an empty thing of muffins), the coffee machine had no milk, and the milk for the cereal was also empty but i just managed to get enough for my latte. Our bacon, scrambled eggs and hash brown were all literally cold, with the sausages being the only satisfactory item I had. (Didn't have toast but I'm sure that would've been fine). I'd rather go to the nearby Spoons for a breakfast

Convenient location
Staff were helpful - staff took my luggage upstairs and down again
Lift was out of order - I was only told on arrival
Climbing / descending stairs to / from 2nd floor was a problem for me
No choice for fried eggs - I am not keen on scrambled eggs
