Hotel is in a nice neighbourhood, with lots of amenities within easy walking distance. It was quiet at night. Has a bar and restaurant and a cooked breakfast in the mornings. It was very clean, with comfortable beds, lovely pillows, tea/coffee and biscuits available in the room. A minibar too.
Our twin room was very cramped. I did ask to be moved to something bigger but no rooms were available. It’s an old building so perhaps room sizes are standard.

Room - the room we were first given was very small and cramped, but the reception staff moved us to a larger and more comfortable room when we asked., and were very helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast was very good and served by friendly and efficient staff
The location was excellent for us, being a short walk from Clifton village and from Clifton Cathedral
Secure car-parking close at hand
The small room we were given initially, but that was remedied for the remainder of our stay.

Good location to bars and restaurants on Whiteladies. Approximately 15-20 minute walk to Clifton village
Room was very dated with basic facilities. Bed was fairly small but clean and comfortable. Curtains were hanging off and didn’t close properly. Fresh fruit and biscuits a welcome addition.
