Quite near to the main routes and several low price fuel stations that can be on your way out in the morning
Nice room, quietish hotel but not many people staying.
My sat nav took me to the back of the hotel and a residential area but it showed that the the parking is open to the neighbourhood and not contained if that is important.
When I did my usual leaving check under the bed, to make sure I hadn't dropped anything, I was greeted by a small ridge of fluff and dust running along the middle, Clearly the hoover is too short to reach that far and I was grateful that nothing had been mislaid under the bed.
Breakfast was sufficient for a continental style but it seemed to lack something and the bread was rock hard....
Wifi connection not made despite several attempts and - not secure?

The price was reasonable. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Staff were unhelpful, food was terrible and room was clean but shabby. Strange smell in corridor.
