The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean.

The property is clean and well looked after. The thermal suite in the spa is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful . The bed is very comfortable. The surrounding garden is beautiful
Our room was quite small and I didn’t have a bedside table. The bathroom door was damaged, but not a big issue.

Clean comfortable room.
Breakfast.
Use of spa included.
The spa pool and saunas were both much lower temperature than they have been previously. Several other guests commented. Uninterested staff when told. One of the steam rooms smelled disgusting.
Empty water bottles and tissue / rubbish around the pool and in corners.
Not enough staff motoring use of loungers and cleanliness.
£25 security bond taken. Told will be returned after room check on check out.
Then told 3-4 working days.
Still not returned after 8 working days. Makes the stay stressful.
