Lovely hotel that i've stayed at before, located on a farm in a quiet area in Rochdale.
The facilities are sensational for the price, the shower is very modern which puts even most mainstream hotels to shame, only downside to the shower room is that it could use a bit more table space for toiletries.
The rest of the bedroom has a more older traditional style to it with a lot of wooden furniture.
Free parking is another plus, and the location is close enough to a few shopping centres if you get peckish, as there is only a breakfast service at the hotel.
Highly recommended if you need to stay near Manchester but not at Manchester prices!

Was looking for somewhere in Rochdale to stay overnight for work, the location was set in a quiet location, very good value for money, will be looking to stay here again when working in the area.

A cosy and well equipped room in a beautiful countryside setting. Keys left in box near main entrance, made for a quick and efficient arrival. Would not hesitate to visit again.
