First time staying here and the location was fantastic, and the set up of the apartments are good as they are spaced out with good privacy. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and the food at the restaurant was very good (note: make sure you book a table as we couldn't get in the first evening and there are limited other options in Kenmore itself)
The biggest disappointment was the fact that the pool and hottub/sauna were out of action - these being one of the main reasons we booked this property over others in the area. Despite messaging ahead of our stay to check that we could use the facilities, we were only told that these were out of action on arrival.
The only other slight criticism is how noisy/creaky the stairs and flooring in the apartment itself is - worth knowing if you have people sleeping in the living room as any movement during the night is very loud.

Beautifully presented
Young admin staff was visibly distressed in our arrival so much so that she came across as rude as there was a mix up with another customer room. This incident wasn’t even directly effecting us, but her manner was off putting we needn’t ask her for anything.

Sofas uncomfortable and a bit shabby, kitchen tap was broken in arrival, table was dirty

It’s a bit run down and not very clean. Very old bathrooms and kitchen.
