Reception staff extremely helpful and professional. Manager on hand and very helpful with carpark arrangements.
Bar staff very efficient and helpful

Breakfast varied and plentiful
Ladies toilets near restaurant, one out of order, two with no toilet paper and one blocked which wouldn’t flush. Very poor considering it was only late morning.
Shortage of towels at the spa at 4pm.
Coffee machine slow and only two for whole restaurant.
Carpark very expensive, even with hotel reduction £18 per 24 hours - would add a considerable amount to a longer stay.

Lovely location
Wedding going on at the time of the stay and there was lots of arguing and shouting outside late at night and early in the morning.
Also heard some not very pleasant language in spa from other guests. We had to avoid the bar area as it was so loud in there.
