The location was excellent town centre minute or two walk Sterling castle was round the corner 5 mins walk The hotel was great the room was lovely warm clean spacious had all we needed The staff was excellent friendly a credit to the hotel well done The breakfast was unbelievable excellent set you up for the day .A great choice and the breakfast staff was always on hand to help

Staff were wonderful and went above and beyond. The facilities and location were perfect.
Our room was very cosy, however the decor is looking a little tired. Very much in need of an upgrade. Our sleep was great, but the shower on the highest temperature was luke warm. Its great value for what we paid.

Very close to Stirling castle and close to bars and restaurants. Staff were great, breakfast was amazing rooms were clean and comfortable.

Had lots of history good Location quite easy to get into town not good for people with mobility issues quite a high bray to walk up room beds were very comfortable and the Breakfast was good could do the rooms being more updated.
If your room on the 2 floor the Lift don’t stop on the 2 floor and you have to take your luggage up the stairs not easy for people with issues like iv just not long had surgery a few months ago so it was difficult trying to get upstairs with luggage and my mums 80 so couldn’t expect her to be able to do that that’s my only concern not just for me for other guests staying there .
