Excellent stay, lovely staff. The room is very cozy and sweet with everything, even a hair dryer (you may need it if you're caught in a Scottish rain :)). The breakfast was included in the price, which was an amazing surprise

Absolutely adorable bed and breakfast with some of the kindest staff ever. Shanna and her daughter were positively wonderful. Breakfast WAS included contrary to what booking.com says. Absolutely a quaint little "hole in the wall" (wink wink) location. Everything was clean, water was hot and water pressure in the shower was great! Breakfast had a good amount of options and was adorable, and coffee was served in a french press and was delicious. We loved our stay here and will absolutely come back if we are ever in Stirling again. 10/10!!!

The location was excellent. The beds comfortable.
Tiny double room was difficult to navigate. Top floor location with steep stairs. Shower was a trickle of warm water. I was lead to believe, through booking.com, that breakfast was included. Far from it, charges for food were exorbitant.
