The staff, food, hotel in general.
The hotel does not have a lift. Also the room we had the shower was too small and you had to squeeze yourself in and out.

Location was very good, the place looked great
A Sunday roast lunch menu only is available all day Sunday. This is not mentioned on their site. We definitely would not have stayed had we known prior to turning up.
Also, the towel rail did not work in one of the rooms (worked fine in the other) and this made the bathroom quite chilly.
The whole place is in need of some upkeep (the print around the windows was severely flaking). This is a real shame as it could be a beautiful place.
