Excellent location and very quiet. Alot of choice of restaurant around. Excellent travel links within a flat 4 minute walk. Free replenished drinks in the mini bar.
Bed extremely firm, which personally wasn't to my comfort. A mirror above the desk is needed to aid the use of the haidryer. Two chairs would have been useful, but we did choose a standard room for price.

We loved everything about the property! Sarah, who checked us in was exceptional with her customer service and set the tone for a wonderful few days in London. Its close proximity to Paddington Station puts you in a great position to excess anywhere you need or want to go in London. We would absolutely stay here again!
