The hostel offers good value in the center of Wales. The building is a bit old, the pillows aren’t very comfortable, and the bathroom is quite small. I booked through Agoda but didn’t receive a confirmation email, so I had to contact the host directly on site.

no (or barely) water for shower, no toilet paper in the first two days, 2 out of 3 windows cannot be opened. window is not doing any sound proof, noisy music downstairs up to 3am, then street cleaning and waste disposal trucks followed. the only good thing is location

I chose to stay there as I did not plan this trip so i didnt have may choices. It was ***£/ night, and i shared the room with 7 other guys. There was only one bathroom and two toilet stalls for 3-4 rooms which has capacity for 10-12 people. The toilets were so dirty, no regular cleaning, bathroom is also very small and uncomfortable. Location is good as it is in city centre but has a pub/club downstairs so can be very loud. You get a key card which was emailed to you and you can lock and unlock the door. But then i lost access randomly while I’m going out to use a bathroom. So i had to email the staff and that was annoying because I needed to catch the bus on time. I hated this stay. Would not recommend at all.
