The location is excellent, few steps from the main attractions.
Our business suite was spacious.
We loved the sun loungers on our terrace.
The breakfast contained various food and was plentiful.
The sofabed in the living room was terribly uncomfortable, but OK for 3 nights (not more).
One blind in the bedroom part did not work.
The service in the bar was extremely slow.

Staff have been absolutely fantastic. Very happy to help and make a difference or tour stay. Breakfast was carbs heavy, but local fruits were also available. If you are not on a keto diet and you are following a typical west diet you will be extremely satisfied. Location is ok with using underground. Good 30 minutes walk if not.
Room was completely different from what the photos were showcasing. Cheaper older room and the view to back garden was just grey buildings. Satisfaction from the dress room / wardrobe room in the room and bed was comfortable but the rest felt old tired, cheap… soaps and toothpaste was not changed daily so buying locally is the only way. Kind of bad way to save money..

Decor wise…only saving grace of this hotel was the pool area.
The buffet breakfast also had a good selection.
No where near a 4 star hotel. Very dated decor throughout. Carpet very worn.
With the exception of the bell boy, staff left a lot to be desired.
2 paper cups in the room, tea/coffee not refilled each day. Cups not replaced.
Very poor wifi…especially in the pool bar area.
Very slow elevators.
