I booked a sea view room which had no sea view and when asked to move, there were no other rooms of the same category and was offered lower-category rooms with very dirty windows or an upgrade for an additional cost. The manager's response did not address my argument that a sea view room without a sea view should not be sold as such. I was very disappointed by the hostile response of the management and this had a very negative impact on my holiday.

We visited Thessaloniki in the end of June and booked the hotel well in advance. The hotel staff was really friendly and cooperative. The hotel is nice, the rooms are well-furnished, the location is great - right in the heart of Ladadika, among many restaurants and bars. Despite the area is quite noisy, our room was quiet and we slept well. The hotel has access to a parking nearby and if you arrive by car, make sure you book a parking spot well in advance, as the street parking in the area is literally impossible.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Noa in Thessaloniki, and I can genuinely say it was a fantastic experience. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere right from the start. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or provide recommendations.
The hotel’s restaurant is worth highlighting, and the breakfast was truly delightful, featuring a variety of options to cater to every taste. The location of the hotel is excellent, conveniently situated near the main attractions of the city, making it easy to explore everything Thessaloniki has to offer.
In conclusion, Hotel Noa is an exceptional place to relax and feel at home. I will definitely choose to stay here again whenever I have the opportunity. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality accommodation in Thessaloniki!
