Staff at checkin was amazing! I booked a wrong room category, they sorted everything. The room with the large terrace was fantastic.

Excellent location to the train station and easy walking into main sites and around Bologna. Rooms were a good size, breakfast was plentiful. Very clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful
Beds comfortable but pillows not great.

Location to train station, however around the train station isn't safe at night.
Air conditioning would only stay on heat or turn off completely.
House keeping disregarded the 'do not disturb' sign, though didn't fill the soaps, mini bar or do anything of use besides make the bed using the same linens.
No sound proofing.
Breakfast was abysmal, dirty and very over priced for quality of food.
Located in a terrible area at night.
I'd rate the place a three star at best.
