Location, friendly staff and price.
Shower draining was very slow, had to careful not to flood the bathroom, but other than that, nothing.

The location of the hotel is perfect, near the old town, near the Lake Garda and near de bus station (5 minutes).
I loved the breakfast, especially the homemade cakes.

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The breakfast was superb. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and overlooked the square.

The staff were all exactly as you would wish and the breakfast is amazing!
The hotel is in a perfect location in the beautiful historic town, a very short walk to the lake and the ferry port, and is close to bus stops. Everybody on reception was very helpful when we were looking at public transport options.
Rooms do not automatically have a kettle but when asked, will provide one.
Nothing was too much trouble and every time we returned to the peaceful, calm hotel, it felt like coming home.
