Host was very helpful, updated the local information, transportation, luggage storage. Location of the place was excellent, close to shops, restaurants and quiet in the evening. The flat was clean and everything you need to have in a flat. Thanks

Large spacious apartment centrally located in the heart of Venice. Great communication and support from the team managing the property. Loved the old homely feel to the property which matched the city perfectly. I felt like a true local for a few days. Walking and eating in the back streets of Venice after the day tourists had left gave me that privileged access feeling - truly special.

very welcoming and friendly staff and helpful advice. the location was great too.
Just a minor and probably common with holiday rentals - it would be nice to have shower curtains and some more amenities.

Location was fine.
Noise from businesses accessing the downstairs rooms for services and storage late into the night. No fan or air con in lower bedroom.
