- location. Silent and safe area, 10 min by walking from railway station, 6 min from bus stop (from there you can get Venice by train or bus in 10 min and 1,5€ even before sunrise), supermarket in 3 min, bar and vine shop in 1 min;
- the room, towels and bedsheets were clean;
- you can use the kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and all the necessary kitchenware;
- the bathroom was clean too. Hot water, shampoo, shower gel, washing machine;
- the owner sent clear instructions on how to get a QR code for free admission to Venice's historic center.
In my case, everything was great, but sometimes you might not be so lucky with your neighbors, they might be noisy or messy when using the shared kitchen and bathroom, but that’s not the owner’s fault.
The price could have been lower, but I understand that I arrived during the tourist season in one of the most popular tourist cities in the world, right when the Biennale was opening. That’s just the market price, and there’s nothing you can do about it.
