Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service. Zimmer groß mit Sitzecke und toller Aussicht. Auch das Badezimmer recht groß und komfortabel. Das angeschlossenen Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit erzgebirglichem Schmuck, das Essen prima. Bushaltestelle mit (seltenem) Busanschluss vor dem Haus. Es war ein schönes Wochenende in stimmiger Atmosphäre.
Teppichboden im Zimmer für meine hausstauballergiegeplagte Frau nicht so günstig (wir hatten aber vorab auch nicht nach Alternativen gefragt). Aufpreis für Sauna mit EUR 10,- pP doch recht hoch. Bier im Restaurant nur 0,4l.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen. Die Zimmer und Betten waren sehr in Ordnung und das Essen, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren hervorragend; zudem war das gesamte Personal von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel war abgelegen und sehr ruhig.Das Essen war sehr gut.
Das Bad war sehr klein,aber für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

When we visit the Erzgebirge region we usually stay in another gasthaus, but it was closed. So we made a one night reservation at this one and decided to stay a 2nd night. The room was clean and the hotel had cute displays of local wood figurines and toys. Breakfast was good and dinner was excellent! Internet worked great. Also nice to have close up parking and elevator.
Do not accept room 101! The windows are located along a busy road with cars and trucks racing by all night and day! Very noisy!
The man at the front desk as we checked out tried to bill us for a prepaid night. As I argued and showed him it was prepaid, he finally took the price of the room off the bill but left the taxes! I tried arguing it and finally gave up! Told him he needed the money more than me!
