I booked the last room at 18.30 having been let down elsewhere. Staff were very welcoming, restaurant meal excellent as was the breakfast the next day. Rooms excellent. Location on the grounds of the Sagerhutte Musuem complex was ideal as I wanted to visited. No more than 5 mins walk from Olbernhau Grunthal station with hourly service to Chemnitz and points N, E and W. What could be better!

Es ist ein außergewöhnliches Ambiente mit dem wunderschönen Charme des Erzgebirges. Die Suite war sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit, der Service, das Personal sind wirklich fabelhaft. Es gibt ein zauberhaftes Frühstücksbuffet . Abends haben wir im Restaurant im Hotel gegessen. Die Wein - und Speisekarte lassen keine Wünsche offen, Service und Tischpersonal waren fachlich kompetent und sehr zuvorkommend.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden… 10 von 10 Punkten!
