The customer service was excellent, all the reception/front desk people were helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommended this hotel, for its location between the city and the Disneyland, as its very easy commutable for both sides
This is not a criticism, might be something to add on to maintenance check or bad coincidence for us, the curtain and its rail fell off from its bracket, in the middle of night and made the room very bright to sleep.

The reason I booked this hotel was for its location on the train line, half way between Disneyland and the city centre. Really ideal location with a 1 minute walk to the train station. The room was very comfortable, lovely bed and great shower, and had a lovely view while it snowed!
They don't allow you to turn the aircon on in the winter, the temperature gauge can only make the room warmer. Being a cold person, this was fine for me but had I known I would have packed lighter pajamas. If people run a bit hotter I can see them struggling with the inability to control the temp.

Not so much
The fact that it says it has parking, which isn’t true. There is a parking garage about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, which is not what we choose this hotel for.
The water pressure in the shower is really low
