Aparthotel Adagio Val d'Europe près de Disneyland Paris

The location is great, the bus to Disney leaves just 100 meter down the road and is free. Just make sure you know the times as well as the return times. Only takes 5 minutes with the bus to Disneyland.

Staff wasn't the greatest, mostly only one person at reception. Breakfast is overpriced.

Very clean, adequate size for 2 adults and 2 children under 6. No issues with the room, good sleep, bathroom was good.

The pool was nice and staff was helpful.

We had a sofa and cot, beds were not made and we had to carry it ourselves. Felt more like a self service than hotel.

The hotel is in a good location right next to the shopping mall so it’s easy access to restaurants as a air-conditioning building Also, the shuttle is very easily to use a two minute walk and then the 10 minute shuttle to the Disney park

The air-conditioning was non-existent didn’t work very well The staff need to be a bit more friendly and acknowledge people who come to the front desk The swimming pool was ice cold and should be heated but was not When leaving the property in the early morning the night Porter didn’t know how to unlock the Security gate so we could get our car out in the morning to me this is a health and safety issue. If something happened to the hotel like a fire how would the fire brigade get it into the hotel through the car park? It took in 30 minutes before he figured out how to get it open
