Booked this hotel for 10nights. The facilities provided was not according to Agoda. There is no refrigerator, no coffee maker except for the kettle. No soundproofing as claimed, we were disturbed for a few nights till midnight by our neighbours loud talking and showering water/knocking. No ironing facilities provided. As we need to drink hot tea, we requested for the disposable cups everyday, no coffee cups provided, one of the staff was annoyed and was rude to us, before eventually giving us the disposable cups Location was good, price reasonable
