Room was nice and clean - had all the amenities we needed. Likewise breakfast room was of a good standard and food was very nice.
Room was a bit hot and the aircon was tricky to adjust to the right temperature. You could open a window but traffic from busy main road became intrusive.

breakfast was lovely car parking is a bit of a farce you can park under the hotel but then have to walk out up and around by the road to get to the hotel a ramp up on the unused grass frontage would have been better especially for anyone with mobility issues.

Location of the hotel is within walking distance to town centre. The room good size, the bathroom also good size. Comfortable bed with nice views of city.
Due to small numbers at the hotel, meal times were changed without passing this information to myself. Hotel website stated breakfast until 11a, we wondered down around 10 and told breakfast was over. After informing reception about their website information, the reception staff stated they would refund my money. Still waiting for refund
