Everything was perfect:) We booked a stay for New Year's Eve. Dinner was delicious. The hotel staff was very helpful. We were delighted with the room decor. It's a beautiful place to relax.

The people were wonderful and kind. Very cute rooms and clean.
The price for dinner was ridiculous. A three course meal that would not have satisfied a child. We actually had to go out to find something else to eat as we were given these incredibly small portions that were Ok at best. Being charged $10usd for a carafe of water (tap water) is just gouging the customer. The bill for one three course meal and the water came to $125 usd . We spent about two weeks in Switzerland and I know the place was expensive, but this was over the top for getting so little and charging so much is just ridiculous. I would not recommend eating at this place unless you are a current lottery winner and not very hungry.
