although the room was small, it was clean, comfortable, and adequate for the money spent.

my only two complaints are that there was no aircon, so the room was insanely hot despite a fan being provided. also, there were only two plug sockets in the entire room, so me and my partner struggled with charging our things overnight as we had the fan plugged in the majority of the time, leaving us with one plug between the two of us.

Very helpful staff & we had no issues after booking in the evening around 20 minutes before checking in. The room was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location!

The location was perfect as we'd been to a concert at Sheffield City Hall, staff were very good.

The bed wasn't very comfortable , it squeaked a lot - the pillows weren't great. There was rubbish left by a previous guest caught on the bottom of the curtains. The signage wasnt great we walked past it twice .

Staff were really nice and helpful and it was quiet at night despite being near a large roundabout and a lot of nightlife. Nice hot shower with good pressure. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms modern with capsular bathroom. Good amount of lighting and plugs.

There is only one big thing that I was really disappointed in and we were staying 3 nights so it was a bit of an annoyance. The mattress on the bed was horrendous, and I’m not fussy, but it was bad. The bed was also really creaky and old. The bedsheets were tatty and some had holes in them. It was however very clean (to the eye). Also, no A/C so I think that would be a big problem coming into the warmer weather. Also, one weird thing too - they came in and made the bedsheets each day. I didn’t realise that would be the case so I had left make up and clothing items on the bed before going out. They came in and made the beds and tucked the bedsheets in at the corners - but over the belongings! 🤣🤣 So when I pulled the sheet back there was my kindle, a lipgloss etc etc. We actually found it hilarious but it was quite odd.
