it is on a great location, right next to the ski slopes and close to the town center. The rooms are comfy, the breakfast good continental breakfast, and the amenities great.
For our stay it was good, maybe give an offer for a la carte meals in the restaurant, for the guests that do not have lunch/dinner booked in their stay.

Fantastic location with great facilities. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it’s within easy reach of local shops. Ski hire and booking lessons are very straightforward, which makes the whole experience really convenient.
The hotel has very good facilities, but it is starting to feel a little dated and could benefit from some maintenance. We had to change rooms because the shower door in the bathroom was hanging off, the shaving mirror was coming loose from the wall, and the room door had also been damaged.

Excellent breakfast and pleasant pool area. The bedding was comfortable. Balcony had good view of mountains.
A few hours after we checked in we returned to the room after dinner to find an overpowering smell of urine coming from behind the bed area. We thought there might have been a plumbing leak somewhere. We had to move room very late. The staff obliged us but it was inconvenient and they were not particularly apologetic for this unpleasant experience.
