Location and staff were so friendly and helpful, room no4 overlooking the garden was lovely, bright, quiet and very modern and clean.
heating wasn’t working, which would have been an issue if had got any colder.
should really offer more flavours of yoghurt than just one for breakfast, ie fruit, natural/greek yoghurt etc. don’t really fancy toffee yoghurts for breakfast.
Also more offers of jams, not just strawberry ie marmalade, apricot, honey etc.

Everything from food to room was great
Wifi was very poor and didnt really work which as had no phone reception was only downside of stay

Good location and friendly helpful staff
The bed was too small and you could feel the springs
The close proximity of other rooms made it very noisy especially when those neighbours felt the need to shout and let the door bang closed every time they left the room !!
